Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to use of Artmines.ie and to orders placed with Artmines Ltd. They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About us

2. Product and service information

We aim to describe products, services, class bookings and printing options accurately. Images may be illustrative and screen colours can differ from physical products. Where an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.

3. Prices and charges

Prices shown to consumers are intended to include applicable VAT where required. Delivery or other unavoidable additional charges are shown before an order is finalised where applicable.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not prevent us from contacting you about availability, artwork, pricing errors, delivery restrictions or other matters that need resolution. A contract is formed in accordance with the order process and applicable law.

5. Availability

Products and class places are subject to availability. If an item or class becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include a refund.

6. Custom printing and customer-supplied artwork

You are responsible for checking text, spelling, dimensions, quantities, orientation, resolution and other specifications you submit or approve. You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce artwork or other content you provide. We may refuse unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate material.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, design and materials owned by Artmines or our licensors may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law. Ownership of customer-supplied artwork remains subject to the customer's or relevant rights-holder's rights.

8. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery and collection are covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellation, returns and faulty-goods rights are covered by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

9. Art classes and dated services

Class capacity, date, time, age group and other booking conditions are shown with the relevant class. Certain leisure services for a specific date or period may be exempt from the statutory 14-day cooling-off right. This does not affect rights where a service is not supplied as agreed.

10. Website use and security

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff or systems.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. These terms do not limit statutory remedies for goods or services that are not in conformity with the contract.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
