Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Artmines Ltd handles delivery and collection of online orders. Delivery options, charges and any location restrictions that apply to your order are shown before the order is finalised where available.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to the locations made available during checkout. Some large, fragile, hazardous, aerosol, oversized or specialist products may have delivery restrictions. If we cannot fulfil a delivery method selected for an order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.

2. Delivery times

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed delivery date with you. Under applicable consumer law, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed.

3. Delivery charges

Applicable delivery charges are shown before you place the order. If a delivery charge cannot be calculated automatically for an unusual or oversized order, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional charge.

4. Store collection

Where collection is offered, please wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready before travelling to the store. We may ask for your order number and reasonable proof that you are authorised to collect the order.

5. Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived by the agreed date or within the applicable legal delivery period, please contact us. We remain responsible for delivery where we selected or offered the delivery service, subject to applicable law.

6. Damaged parcels or incorrect goods

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Photographs of the parcel and product can help us resolve the issue quickly. This does not reduce your statutory rights.

7. Risk in transit

Where Artmines arranges delivery, responsibility for loss or damage generally remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Different rules may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.

8. Custom and print orders

Custom-made, personalised and print orders may require production time before dispatch. We will use the specification supplied with the order. Please check names, dimensions, quantities, artwork and other custom details carefully before submission.
