Elements artist grade canvas boards have a medium grain surface made with 100% cotton which is double gesso primed and hand stretched over a hardboard surface. Unlike stretched canvas, which is flexible, canvas boards provide a firm surface that doesn’t sag or bend under the weight of paint.
Elements cotton canvas boards offer a reliable surface for both amateur and professional painters using a number of applications including oil, acrylic and mixed media.
